Melissa Norfolk Web Design (MNWD) has recently moved to new premises in Balwyn North.
Small business owner, Melissa Norfolk, has been operating her internet marketing and web design business from home for the past 8 years. The business has grown from a solo operation to a team of full time staff and the most recent part of their growth has been to leave the comforts of their home-based office.
Although Web Design is a very competitive industry, MNWD has achieved four years of steady growth. They attribute this to creating an industry niche and providing up-to-date advice.
"It has been hard work and careful planning, not luck, that has contributed to our growth and success", Melissa says.
As part of their daily operations, MNWD supports 300 small to medium business and associations through website design, email marketing, search engine optimisation and training.
"We provide a total solution for our customers, many of whom have been with us since we began in 1998 and happily refer us to their friends and associates."
Ms Norfolk said providing quality customer service has been one of the keys to their success with many small businesses coming and going, only those that put looking after their customers first, will survive.
